This elegant apartment with a lovely balcony is situated in one of the most exclusive parts of Budapest in a classic turn-of-the-century building. Redesigning the original space of this more than 100 year-old apartment required careful consideration and planning. After the long demolition process was completed, the new layout was realized with three rooms and two separate bathrooms.

This 12 year-old property in a very sought-after newly constructed apartment building received a whole new appearance. We changed everything from the original setup, but the kitchen furniture. The renovations were smooth and quick as the walls were only moved a little and rewiring did not require any demolition works either.
The grass balcony provides a real suburban feel making this charming apartment a real oasis in the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.
